Supreme Mix Avocado Soft-Serve Ice Cream Powder 1kg

Avocado soft-serve premix powder for a smooth, creamy frozen dessert.

Applications: Soft-serve ice cream, ice cream rolls, shakes and dessert recipes.

Preparation: Mix one 1kg pack with 2.5L water for 2–3 minutes, then pour into a soft-serve machine. The manufacturer also suggests 1L full-cream milk as an optional addition.

Shelf life: 12 months unopened; 6 months after opening. Follow the expiry date printed on the pack.
Storage: Keep sealed in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Recommended storage: 20–35°C.
